Female Talent as a Principle and as a Competitive Advantage

Even though we see more diversity in companies than some 20 years ago, we still need to do a huge improvement to achieve gender equality. There is still a big gender gap in the companies’ higher levels and in STEM areas, the women who run startups receive less funding from venture capitals despite their better economic results. And only 3% of early-stage venture capital goes to female startups.

In this session, we are going to discuss how eliminating the gender gap is not only a fair strategy but also a path for bolder finances in a startup and a competitive advantage for the company.
These 5 amazing women share with us some of their learnings and proposals in order to tackle gender equality in the start-up sector.
